During the session section on the topic of "Inner Refuge: Turning Off Your Inner Navigation System," Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche guides a meditation on inner refuge and gives a teaching on the benefits of switching off your inner navigation system—the constant habit of looking for solutions, thinking and planning ahead, etc. Instead, one can rest in the inner refuge and be in the moment, fully connected with one's body, breath and mind. Following the teaching and a brief practice, Rinpoche answers questions from the audience.
